Admin

An Admin is the top level of the administrative staff. They answer only to the owners. Admins manage the other administrative staff, and act as an owner in the event that one can not be reached. They also accept the roles of a Helper and Moderator. They are the enforcers, inflicting punishments on players if deemed necessary.

Admin acts as an extempore owner when one can not be reached, and can make punishment decisions (though they can be overturned by owners). They also have the ability to investigate and build a case against a player for wrongdoing. They accept the role of a Helper and Moderator as well.
